AboutLocal Systems is a small scale design atelier focused on utilising art, artefacts and architectures as a medium for exploring socioeconomic, cultural and environmental issues within both rural and urban zones.
Through sensitive interventions involving vernacular techniques, materials and trades, the studio challenges the idea of cosmopolitanism and champions local, individualistic responses to climatic, cultural and social challenges.
